On Sunday I went to Gurney Plaza to watch 3D movie. The last 3D that I watched was G-Force and that was also middle of the night that I fall asleep throughout half of the movie. However during the Sunday night GCS was so packed with people that my plan for movie night has to be call off again.
So I went for food hunting instead. Landed at this Xuan Xin Restaurant at Gurney new wing. One of the branch was at Tanjung Bungah Xuan Xin Steamboat. The steamboat kindda suxs but it was cheap for around RM25++ p/pax.

The best part of this is I was so hungry that I forgot to take picture of the food when they arrived. Somehow, I managed to get a picture of myself posting instead. Lol.
Life is so hectic at the moment. Have been working over the weekends recently for the replacement holidays after Raya. Company going to shut down almost a week, so all of us are busy working on the weekends to cover back.
Life now is moving to a new dimension. I have officially sold my apt after some consideration. Decided to move in to a new one for good and leave this one to someone else. Did some advertising in the net and managed to find a good buyer. Not really good deal actually, however I would consider the deal better than the rest who offered.
I signed the agreement last week. So this current apt is officially sold.
Other than that, life is still the same at work place. Planning for some short trip to holidays with few of my colleagues. Haven’t been to any vacation since I joined this new place at work. Decided to go for relaxation.
Bday has passed. One year older and one year wiser.

I’m adding teddies to my bears collections. Never know why but people tend to give teddy bears to me. Maybe I look like a never grown up kid. Perhaps.

My biggest collection is Mr Bear standing at 5″ 5′ and that’s taller than me costing more than 700 bucks. Of course I don’t buy it myself. Would have spend that amount of money on something else.
I got a small globe from a thoughtful friend. She was telling me that globe stands for power and authority. Wishing me to be successful at work. I’ll surely thank her if I manage to get bigger pay for my end of year increment.

I couldn’t believe to receive a Birthday Music Card as well. It has been ages since the last time I actually receive a music card. Been years and I never thought that people actually still buying music card. Anyway, it’s great.
I’m not really a fan of Britney Spears but I find her special in her own ways. She live a screw up life, she is unpredictable. At times she comes up the chart popular beating the other singers but at times she can get so low that people start bitching all about her, especially her life. She can shave her head bald. She can fall in love with her back stage singer who is a money sucker. She can have 2 kids at young age and doesn’t mind driving with her kids on her lap.
She falls badly in certain stage of her life but she manages it somehow. I like her when she first hit the chart with her Hit Me Baby 1 More time.
Then she started to have huge boobs. Out of sudden.
Then she started to have sexy and wild MTV. Then the next thing we heard, she dated Justin Timberlake, I sort of think they make a fine and cute couple. However the relationship didn’t last long. Then she started seeing this Kevin Federline.
I like Britney when she started with this sexy little body and hey, there is this sit up tips I found on the net. Hope it helps especially to girls with tummy. Consider myself as one of them. Lol.

Her work out routine is four times a week, 90 minutes each.
Warm up: 10 minutes on a cardiovascular machine, such as a treadmill or a stationary bike. But only at a medium pace, so as to not tire out too early in the workout.
Abdominals:50 crunches, 50 bicycle twists & 50 leg raises. Repeat this rountine 3 more time in between weights, making it 600 crunches in all.
Strength Circuit: Using weights work on the arms, chest, back & lower body. Bicep curls, tricep kickbacks, fly exercises and presses.
Back to Cardio and Abs: 30 minutes jogging on the treadmill or exercise on an elliptical cross-training machine. Then repeat the same abdominal workout up to three more times in sets of 150 of each exercise.
Stretch: Lots of stretches after each workout and at least one yoga class a week.
Research shows that overweight people who attempt to lose weight tends to live longer than overweight people who do nothing about it.
I think I need to lose some weight. I was targeting for 5 kgs and it seems harder than ever. I need some discipline and exercise which I am too lazy to do it.
Anyway, the best thing Britney did was when she dumped K-Fed. She should have done that long ago. After all the guy is just after her money and fame. Maybe there is some love, love for money of course.
She has also started to lose weight now after her 2nd child was born. She is making it back on stage, good luck for her.
I know I will die at the age of 76. If everything goes well, yes 76 will be it.

The test basically suggest that I am few years younger than my real age. Sounds good isn’t it? Just check on some of the questions and answer it honestly. That also shows my life expectancy until 76.7 years old.
Guess I wouldn’t be living pass my 80 years old birthday celebration but it’s all right.
I am pretty satisfied with 76, if life throughout the years are comfortable and full with happiness. That’s all that matters. There is no point living till 100 if my life is full with sadness.
I wonder if they have a life expectancy test for dog? Need to try one for Mylo Boy too.
Everyone tends to fail at least once in their life. Some may have it more, and may feel very miserable about it. People tends to hunt for success. Success is about meeting a desirable or intended objective and it’s never too late for success! Humans will come across failure success before they succeed!
Age is not an excuse to be successful. Regardless where you are, who you are and how old you are. Failure success people will embrace failure and they know that each mistake they make will be another step closer to victory. But it can be quite humbling to put pride behind your back pocket and take a hit to the ego if you took a risk and fail before you achieve failure success.
Those falling into the failure success will always have the positive traits in them and they never give up even if they fail.
