Food Controlling
Recently everyone is so particular about food and calories. I have a colleague who talks about calories all the time. She is on diet.
I haven’t hear the word dieting for a very long time. Lately this colleague of mine has been hitting gym and exercise regularly. She invited me to gym with her everyday but I don’t think I will able to make it with my hectic schedule recently.
As for her, she has lost weight around 12kg in 3 mths time. She was at 90kg at one point of time and now she is 78kg. I believe she slims down with regular exercise and the right amount of food intake. However not all human beings can do what she does though.
She eats small meals perday and she counts calories all the time.
That sorts of motivate me to go back on diet now. Going to start tomorrow. Now I am at 48kg, and with fish curry and nasi brayani down my stomach at town Karikuddi Indian food just now, I guess I am sort of 50kg now.
