T-Hub has launched Blueprint, a 12-month founder fellowship aimed at helping deep-tech startups move from early traction to scale, with the first cohort comprising 14 startups. The programme, launched in Hyderabad on August 13, will see T-Hub work closely with founders across capital, market.
The initiative was announced on the sidelines of HYD - Deep Tech: Next, a founder-focused event that brought startups into direct conversations with the Technology Development Board (TDB) under the Department of Science and Technology. Under Blueprint, T-Hub said it will work with deep-tech.
What Happened
The programme will provide each founder with a 12-month operating plan and prepare startups for their next fundraising round through a VC-ready pitch and a comprehensive data room covering financials, ownership structure, legal documents and business traction. T-Hub will also support founders.
The launch also featured a session by Rajesh Kumar Pathak, Secretary, Technology Development Board, on India's ₹1 lakh crore Research, Development and Innovation (RDI) Fund.
T-Hub said it currently engages with more than 3,300 founders and 250-plus partner investors, including venture capital firms and angel investors.
The organisation said Blueprint builds on its broader effort to create pathways to capital, customers and markets for startups looking to scale from Hyderabad and India to global markets.

He described the RDI Fund as a “crucial capital pathway” for Indian startups developing deep tech with significant economic and strategic potential.
Pathak discussed eligibility, funding instruments and the process for startups seeking to access the fund.
The first Blueprint cohort includes Kritsnam, ArtusAI, Litemed, Zodhya, Arkle Energy, Sensehealth, Vahn, Buildwright, Sanyark Space, Semex AI, Pavakah Energy, Vecros, Portl and Storyvord.
A founder today can build from anywhere, so a hub must do more than provide a place to work.
