What Happened
Once the diagnosis is established and the player reports to the CoE, the rehabilitation programme moves through different phases, starting with medical and physiotherapy intervention before progressing to strength and conditioning, cricket-specific skills and a gradual increase in workload. Technology has also helped the CoE monitor the workloads of fast bowlers, particularly when players are away from the facility.
