Now that I have the motivation to shed some weight out from my body. I have been talking about it since early of this year and yet nothing seems to happen. In fact I think I have put in additional weight instead of losing some of it.

Weight lose diet plan is actually quite simple. Mysterious as it is, some people succeed while some people don’t. The secret to lose weight is actually to eat healthily, consume only when you are hungry and exercise.

However, I am not the exercise type of person. I bought an exercise stepping machine last May and until now haven’t fully utilize it yet. The one who regularly stepping on it is Big Baby. He would carry Mylo boy as additional weight and step on the machine. So call as muscle building I guess.

I went to Heritage Club for exercise with Mary and Hilary last 2 weeks. They have joined members in the Clark Hatch gym. It was an experience as I seldom go exercise in the gym. They asked me to join them but I don’t think my current schedule will fit in any of this.

I have been busy. Yes, busy all my life. At times I do not know what I have been busying with. Perhaps it is a very convenient excuse to say I am busy, therefore I don’t have the luxury time to exercise. But then again, it doesn’t sound right. Regardless how busy you are, you should find some 20 minutes a day to exercise as so call tell by the regular gym experts.

Well, then again. I think I will go back to my stepping machine. 20 min work out a day. Perhaps 15. Okay, let’s make it 10. It sounds more do able than 15.

Now is the durian season. So I am having durian fest at home.
All by myself with the durians. Yes, my baby durians. For the past 6 weekends, durians big or small have been flooding my house. And I like it so much.

Nowadays I am addicted to Pacman.

I like Pacman since I was a child, couldn’t help loving it ever since. However since I no longer playing games that much anymore, it has been a while since I play Pacman. When my friend sent me the Pacman game, I got addicted back to it.

Pacman and the monsters

Pacman is a game where you need to finish up eating the little white tablets and making sure the monsters don’t get a chance to eat you. However you can have you revenge and eat the monsters once you consume the big white tablets. The monsters will turn into blue colour and you can start chasing them and eating them in return!

During Mother’s Day last month, I treated mom to her favourite eyebrow care and treatment by getting her eyebrow done again at Bluunis Beauty Centre.

Previously, it was known as Ultimate Impression. I’m still stuck of calling it Ultimate Impression, eventhough they have change their centre name like a year ago.

Mom and I always come to have her eyebrow done on Mother’s Day. It has been like a tradition for my mother’s gift for her. Frankly I do not know what to get her, don’t really know what she likes other than Fung Shui stuff, but I know she always want to have nice eyebrow even at her golden age.

My aunt from KL is the one recommended her the centre actually. Previously they don’t have this Ultimate Impression in Penang. It was only available in KL and mom went all the way to get her eyebrow done in KL. Ever since they have branches it Penang, it is much more easier.

It takes around 20-30 minutes to get her eyebrow done. Meanwhile, since I have nothing to do, I went around cam-whoring myself.
